Refurbished, graded and ex-display appliances are checked before being advertised and checked again before delivery. Washing machines go through programme checks, including a hot cleaning wash and a rinse-and-spin cycle during final preparation.

For domestic use, Like New currently provides 180 days on graded appliances and 120 days on refurbished appliances. Commercial or non-domestic use, including HMOs, horse stables and industrial premises, has a one-month contractual warranty. Terms remain subject to the chosen item and intended use.
