Like New Appliances 120 days (refurbished) to 180 days (graded) warranty guarantees your appliance will be fully repaired or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your report subject to our terms and conditions on our warranty page.
For longer term warranties we recommend using extended warranty cover a few weeks before our warranty comes to an end, great offers exist online from as little as £3.50 per month for washing machines, tumble dryers and cookers a simple Google search "appliance extended warranty" will list the best deals where individual or all household appliances can be covered for a small monthly fee.
We highly recommend this for all appliances new graded or refurbished as any appliance brand new, graded or refurbished can develop a fault before its life span comes to an end.

Many customers are confused what does Graded & Refurbished mean?
In short:
- Graded is either a new appliance with packaging damage or unpackaged with a slight cosmetic mark that can be on the back or sides so not usually visible when installed Despite being graded new all appliances are fully tested before being advertised. Sometimes graded can be a 28 day return or ex-display that again is fully tested by proffesionals.
- Refurbished is a second hand used machine that has been repaired or fully serviced and cleaned ready for sale.
