Graded or refurbished?
Understand the individual appliance—not just the label.
Choosing for a busy household, a first home or a replacement that cannot wait? Like New brings graded and refurbished options together, with delivery across the Midlands towns on our delivery map—not Leicester alone.
Two different descriptions
| Graded | Refurbished |
|---|---|
| Stock described as graded may have packaging damage, cosmetic marks or a returns history. The exact reason and actual condition must be confirmed for the unit. | Previously used stock prepared for resale. Ask what has been checked, its condition and which accessories are supplied. |
What to check on either type
- Match the model and reference to the actual appliance photographs.
- Ask about visible marks, missing accessories and any known limitations.
- Compare the price, size, features and agreed service—not a claim that everything graded is identical.
- Check the applicable warranty and intended use before ordering.
Warranty: read the full terms
Standard household cover is 6 months for graded and 4 months for refurbished appliances. Exceptions and intended-use terms apply, including 28 days’ contractual cover for HMO and business/non-personal use. Ordinary private residential landlord lets retain standard household cover. Read full warranty and returns details ↗. This additional cover does not replace statutory rights.
The best value is the right fit
An appliance that suits your space and everyday use is more useful than a larger or more feature-heavy one that does not. Tell us your budget, measurements and priorities so we can discuss genuine current options. Sold examples show previous stock, not appliances you can order now.
